I am a global business executive and former C-suite leader with more than 35 years’ experience shaping strategy, driving transformation, and strengthening performance in complex, listed organisations.

My career spans the mining and resources, telecommunications, and financial services sectors, with senior roles at BHP, BT Group and Accenture. I’ve worked across Australia, Southeast Asia and the UK, leading enterprise transformation, major projects and strategic integrations. A consistent focus has been connecting commercial outcomes with the culture, leadership and operating models that sustain them over time.

At BHP, I helped evolve the global operating model and embed a disciplined approach to performance. At BT, I supported the shift to a technology-led business, aligning governance, talent and strategy during a period of industry change.

Today, I focus on non-executive director, executive coaching and advisory opportunities. I am particularly interested in working with boards and senior leaders at critical inflection points, where experienced, values-driven guidance can help shape long-term success.
