Executive leadership team member driving BT’s transformation across 180 countries and 115,000 employees. Partnered with CEO and board on strategic workforce transformation enabling large-scale, capital-intensive, multi-year change. Advised board on CEO succession (Philip Jansen to Allison Kirkby) and NED appointments. Shaped global people strategy supporting BT’s positioning as the UK’s digital backbone.
BHP | Chief People Officer (2015-2022)
Partner to CEO and Executive Leadership Team for ASX/FTSE listed company with USD $50bn+ revenue and a global workforce of more than 80,000+. Advised the board and CEO on human capital strategy, succession planning, and organisational capability. Led gender balance goal, increasing female representation from 17% to more than 30% within five years. Worked with Chair on CEO succession (Andrew Mackenzie to Mike Henry). Member of the executive team overseeing Samarco tailings dam disaster response and reparation. Strategic role in the South 32 demerger and BHP Petroleum divestment to Woodside.
